Starting January 2020, you can use the link on your monthly invoice receipt to set up an online portal to manage your billing for CoConstruct.
The online billing portal will allow you to update the credit card used for your monthly or annual subscription and view your current subscription plan. Once this account has been created for your company, you can access this link again here: https://coconstruct.mybillsystem.com/ManagedPortal/Account/Login
To make changes to your subscription, please contact support at 800-213-3392 or support@coconstruct.com. CoConstruct support cannot take a credit card over the phone or through email. The billing portal must be used to update your credit card on file.
