Can clients attach photos?


Absolutely! Clients can attach photos in all of the same ways that builder users can.

This includes:

  1. Navigating to the Project Photos page of their project and using the photo upload feature.
  2. Uploading photos from their mobile device using the mobile app.
  3. E-mailing the photos into the Project Photos page of their project as attachments using the project-specific file/photo e-mail address.
  4. Adding photos to selection items from the Selection Sheet page of their project.

To begin with, any photos that a client uploads will be visible to the clients and builders on that project. As a builder, though, you can choose to share those photos with partner users who have web access on the project as well.
