To do this in CoConstruct, add a new “Project Requirements” spec as one of the first items on your specs/selections. Use this specification as the place to outline builder and client responsibilities, key project info, contact info, and general documents.
Add a “technology fee” to the financials for that spec. Your clients will be able to reference this in their proposal or in their view of specs/selections.
