ON A PROJECT
Add costs stored in your Cost Catalog to any project’s Estimate or Specs & Selections page. As you add cost lines to the project, you’ll start to see the costs stored in the catalog populate for easy use.
Either use the tri-bar icon to add a cost line to the estimate OR the + Add Cost Line function from within the Edit Spec/Selection pane to add in the details of a new cost. Search for catalog costs in the Description field then select the one you need. You’ll see the price and accounting code automatically pull over. Any markups applied to that project will auto apply to that cost to provide accurate totals.

ON A TEMPLATE
Add costs stored in your Cost Catalog to any Spec & Selection template. Within any item on the template, select to + Add Cost Line to add a new cost. Search for catalog costs in the Description field of the Cost Line details window to pull over the information you need.
Note: This function is only available on CoConstruct Core, Standard, and Plus plans.
