In CoConstruct, you want your selections and schedule to be in sync, working hand in hand toward your project's completion.
To link these important pages, use milestones for selection deadlines, which will tie the selection items back to the schedule. Once the previous milestone is complete, that selection item will light up in yellow, so everyone knows it's upcoming.
If your client has the ability to view the schedule, the deadline will also include an estimated date next to the milestone name, pulled right from your schedule -- giving your clients a more exact target by which their selection needs to be made.
Using milestones not only links your schedule and selection sheet, but it also saves you time. If your project timeline changes, and you make adjustments to the schedule, CoConstruct automatically changes the dates on any affected selection items.
